Products

All products are made to order. Colors may appear slightly different on screen vs. in print. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any design at any time.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion (full refund issued).

Intellectual Property

All designs are original works of Verre Jaune. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our designs without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Verre Jaune is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
