Are the designs exclusive?

Yes. Every design is original and exclusive to Verre Jaune. We do not resell or license our artwork elsewhere.

How are the shirts printed?

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. This method produces vibrant, durable prints that hold up wash after wash.

Sizing & Product

What fabric are the shirts made of?

All shirts are printed on Bella+Canvas 3001, 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 4.2 oz. Soft, pre-shrunk, and true-to-size.

How do I know which size to order?

Check our Size Guide. The Bella+Canvas 3001 runs slightly slim, so when in doubt, size up.

How should I care for my shirt?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron the decoration. Do not dry clean. Following the label keeps the print sharp for the long haul.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2-5 business days. Shipping then takes 3-7 business days within Canada, 3-5 within the United States, 5-15 across Europe, and 10-20 for the rest of the world. See our full Shipping page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD within Canada and the US.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties depending on your country.

Can I return my order?

We accept replacement or refund requests for damaged or defective items, and for packages lost in transit, within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. See our Returns policy.

Environment

What is your environmental impact?

Print-on-demand means zero overstock and zero unsold inventory going to landfill. We only produce what's actually ordered. We also use water-based inks in our DTG process.
